Born: December 30, 1953, Springfield, Massachusetts

Wins 2nd place and honorable mentions at the Longmeadow Art Show
1970
Receives honorable mention at Golden Globe Award, Boston, Mass.
1971
Receives 2nd prize at the Mystic Art Show
1973
Enters University of Massachusetts Art School (1 of 40 accepted out of 2,000 portfolio applicants)
1974
Runs a logging business while living in a two-room cabin in the New Hampshire woods.
There, she taught herself to paint in watercolor.
1979
Moves back to Springfield, Mass. area and studies watercolor with Walter Karnys.
Exhibits at the Garret Gallery, American International College.
Exhibits at the Zepher Gallery, Brattleboro, Vermont.
Exhibits at Metro Arts, Springfield, Mass.
Exhibits at the Longmeadow Country Club, Longmeadow, Mass.

1980
Travels throughout the state of Alaska and paints
1982
Travels throughout all of New England and completes many drawings.
1984
At the Urging of Phillip Lekki (nationally acclaimed pastel painter) Jamie returns to oil painting.

One-woman show at Sync Gallery, Northampton, Mass. Three paintings from this show went on tour through the American International College to China and were exhibited at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in Shenyang and at Beijing University in Beijing.
Receives grants from the Massachusetts Arts Lottery in three cities which results in the River Run exhibit.
